Kendra also has a team of licensed agents who assist her is handling default servicing tasks for many banks including Premiere Asset Services (Wells Fargo) & Select Portfolio Servicing. With 15 years of REO experience, our team has systems in place including separate REO expense account, financial resources, and strong team of licensed agents/office support in place, to assist in all the tasks in a timely manner for additional REO properties. We are members of MLS's in Central Texas - Waco and Temple/Belton. And we can submit listings to all 3 MLS Killeen/Ft Hood. Together the MLS's cover over 7 counties in Central Texas. Kendra has many years of experience in successful cash for keys, trash outs, re-keys, turning on and maintaining utilities, occupancy verifications within 24-48 hours, and coordinating evictions, lockouts, and move outs with a Contractor network including preservation and maintenance.

We leverage technology for more efficient responses and are very familiar with online forms and timeliness of tasks. We provide quality interior and exterior BPO's with in 48 hours. Education: I have completed PAS (Wells Fargo) Default servicing class and several default servicing classes.
